Return & Refund Policy – Printing4Packaging
At Printing4Packaging, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality labels, stickers and packaging. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom-Printed Products
All sales of custom-printed products (labels, stickers, and packaging) are final. Due to the personalised and unique nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged custom-printed product, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. To report a defect or damage, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos of the damaged or defective product and the packaging it arrived in.

Email the photos to info@printing4packaging.com.au with your order number in the subject line.

Provide a detailed description of the defect or damage in the email.
Upon receiving your claim, we will investigate with the freight company and at our discretion may offer a reprint or a refund. We may require you to return the defective or damaged products to us at our expense.
Pre-Printed Stickers
For our pre-printed stickers, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the stickers in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To initiate a return for pre-printed stickers, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@printing4packaging.com.au to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Ship the stickers back to us in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect the returned stickers, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellations
Orders for custom-printed products cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation if the order is already in production.
